Yes,things are different than they were. As of now, it seems that the NY Kretins will be only then working title for the songs already produced,including the two on the Wanker Records Issue #11 double CD,,"8th Street" and Blitzkreig Bop(featuring Dee Dee Ramone on bass and backing vocals) .Now the band will be called The 'Dusters,Or The Hudson Dusters(pull a file on your PC to discover the roots as they were a gang of Irishmen in New York in the 1800's).Cheetah Chrome is playing on the lead guitars,with the project that is still called "The Lower East Slide" which is also going to be the title of a book I'm currently at work on, chronicling my 19 years in the Lower East Side and all of the interesting characters I've encountered along the way.
