The soldiers of the original Dragon's Teeth company left Solaris in 3026 to find their fortunes in the world of live combat. However it was not fortunes of C-bills that they sought but the fortune of doing good for masses, to protect them from the arrogant few that had originally scorned them forcing them to Solaris. Jez Rictheron, Rhys Macfarlane, Hal Hin Chou, Timothy Wallace, and more then a half dozen others took their mechs aboard the newly purchased Union class Prometheus' Gift
The unit became famous for its unconventional tactics. During one noted battle a lance of warriors attacked an isolated company, hitting and fading while sending out dozens of misleading transmissions. When a reinforcement company came to backup the belegared Capellan unit they encountered a fleeing quartet of damaged units and gave chase. Little did they know that the units were in fact in perfect shape, outfitted with false armor to give the impression of damage. In fact it was not even the lance that had encountered the first capellan unit. As the new company gave chase they were fallen upon from the rear by a third lance, one which set off a mass of radio mines, disabling the unit in one fell swoop. With the backup defeated it was childsplay for the two joined lances to rip into the remains of the first capellan unit.
