Welcome to my web site dedicated to the Beatles! Here, you'll find info on Beatle albums, singles, CDs, videos, and other Beatle-related stuff. I'm Ken Gomillia, and I'll be your tour guide!
ABOUT ME: My full name is Kenneth Devon Gomillia (pronounced go-MIL-uh). I was born September 5, 1979, to Kenneth Alvin and the late Wilma Jean Gomillia in Chicago, IL. I have two sisters, Alicia (born May 29, 1978, Chicago) and Valencia (born October 2, 1982, Chicago). My parents were divorced, but both were remarried. (My stepmother died in June 2002, and my birth mother was murdered in October 2002.) Today, I live in Chicago with my maternal grandmother, Delores Johnson. (My mom's husband from August 1993 til my mom's death, Robert Buchanan, Jr., was convicted of my mother's murder and is now serving a natural life sentence without parole in the Illinois Department of Corrections.)
ABOUT MY INTEREST IN THE BEATLES: My interest in the Beatles began in about 1994, when I saw a clip of them performing on The Ed Sullivan Show. Then, I started listening to them on the radio via the radio program The Beatle Years on Kenosha (WI) station WIIL ("95 Will Rock") (no longer on the air in this area) and via Chicago station WJMK (the former "Oldies 104.3"), as well as WXRT (FM 93.1)'s Sunday morning program Breakfast with the Beatles with Terri Hemmert, and I have been hooked on them ever since. Today, I listen to the Fabs on WDRV ("97.1 FM--The Drive") and WZZN (94.7 FM - "True Oldies Channel"). The "Fab Four" are my favorite music artists of all time because they revolutionized rock and pop music forever!
