was figure how the words should be "transposed". This code
is actually referred to as a "Route Transposition". Basically
you write out a message in a pattern, usually a box, then read off the
letters in a new direction giving you a coded message :-)

So
now Themis is missing there is a new internal leak or rogue agent and
players need to pinpoint the agents locations and time of travel for
the past year. Wow. Now the work really started.

Basically it looks like Pjacobs was in France or Panama at one time.
But more importantly not at the time of this request file. SO PJ must
be in some other country.
passp.qnc was actually a picture file of Kane Woods passport:
What
this tells us is that Kane Woods was in Egypt!
Although it does not tell exactly when :-(
