Mow the interesting thing about this chapter of QND was that there was lots of information presented all at once. So players had to sift through lots of stuff.

Important information regarding the Lucern Festival is that it occurred in Sept. in Switzerland: That leads us to believe that Agent Angela Ross was in Switzerland during Aug./Sept.
We come to this conclusion from the Message log file that says:

Archaic Transcripts was another new site for us. Basically it is an auction site for very hard to find items of text based information, plus a few odd items. After looking over the items for auction we found several of interest:

Contains excellent quality syntax and even symbology not

Tiny Ginn is an acronym of TIN GINNY: One of the missing files from the QND Vault. It says it was found in JUNE in Chili : From the message log we find out that Duke Delany was the agent who had found the TinGinny on his last mission from the message log:

With that information we can safely assume that : Duke Delany was in Chile in JUNE;

We also find another artifact called the Ana Ma Ray booklet, this is an acronym of RAMAYANA file missing from the QND Vault. BTW The WHOIS information on ATO has the owner as:

While I appreciate all the assistance no one has come forth with a complete scenario that either the contributor or myself has felt totally confident with. So now we know that Ray Gatin was in France and the Feb. flight invoices are for him:-) and the list of suspect agents is narrowed to six.

OK Now we actually almost have enough to solve the actual task at hand! One last item that was missed by myself until late in the chapter was an article on the front page of the QND website.

Poland Political Unrest

Political unrest in Poland was the cause of the suspension of agency travel between Poland and the U.S. last February or October. Many speculated that the travel decrease was due to the Influenza epidemic sweeping the country last spring. The reason was attributed to the attacks on several discos and other western culture hot spots. The agency thought it was in the best interest of all employees to keep them out of that country.

Basically the references to POLAND and the "Two Month" intervals gave me a clue that now we had our last country. Now we just had to place our agents.
