Production History:
One of, if not the oldest mech in service with the Kel-Morian military, the HA-4A1 "Death Knight" Heavy Assault Mech was designed by the Kelenis Republic shortly before it's demise at the hands of the Morians. Due to it's gattling blasters and leg articulation many thought this mech would tip over from the recoil if ever the gattling guns were used but with a combination of lightweight materials and recoil dampeners that problem was quickly solved. After the Kelenian defeat the mechs were put into hiding and not seen again until the formation of the Kel-Morian Empire.
In recent years several storage bunkers have been unearthed adding thousands of these mechs to the Kel-Morian military's already impressive arsenal of them. The sheer power of these machines is enough to make any general, and even the Executor of Moria drool and shout "More Power!" and grunt like an ape. As a result, hundreds of thousands of these serve alongside their much smaller cousins, the Grim Reapers. |
