At the age of 22, then Sergeant Fraley joined the Kookie Rebellion and quickly rose through the ranks becoming a captain of a pirate copy Leo light cruiser. As the rebellion went on, Fraley continued to rise through the ranks, gaining more control over the rebel military. During the final battle on Moria, Brigadier General Fraley was shot in the chest leading his troops into battle. The troops recovered his body from the battlefield and it was placed in specially equipped body armor to keep him alive. Although the Executor has long since healed the wounds, he is still fond of the armor and wears it constantly. Executor Fraley is now in control of the planet Moria and its moons, wielding some of the most powerful and technologically advanced military hardware including droids and mechs of all types. Moria has some of the best trained troops in the Terran sector and Executor Fraley would rather spare his elite human troopers for covert ops and battles with less chance of taking casualties. To him machines are expendable, lives arent.
As Executive Officer of a pirate copy of a Leo class light cruiser, First Lieutenant Charon was involvoed in many space battles around the planet Kelenis. When the captain if his vessel was killed, Lieutenant Charon took control and defended Rebel dropships descending to Moria's surface during the invasion of Moria. At his hands, the rebel armada defeated the numerically superior Morian Republic Navy, securing victory for the rebels and was a key figure in forming the new Kelenis-Morian Empire. As the current Duke of Kelenis, he controls a vast space navy and since Kelenis is the closest to the Great Asteroid Belt, his navy is charged with defending the sixteen corridors that provide safe travel through the treacherous asteroid belt. Having a fondness for the old Leo light cruisers, he is also responsible for reintroducing the ships to the fleet.
