Now that you've ran all the wires, you can begin connecting them.  To do this start from the radio and work your way back:
  1. The first thing you need to do is determine which wire, from the wires that plug into the radio, is the remote start wire.  This wire is usually the red one or the yellow one.  To determine exactly which wire to use, temporarily reconnect the battery cable, and using a tester, test the yellow and red wire to see which gives you power only when the car's ignition is in the accessories or on position.   The other wire will have power at all times, meaning that even when you don't turn the car on, the wire has power.  Once you've determined which wire only has power when the ignition switch is on, disconnect the battery and splice the blue remote cable that leads to the amp with the wire behind the radio.
  2. Now plug in the auxiliary cables into into the pre-amp outputs behind the radio.  Once you've done the two previous steps, you may reinstall the radio.
  3. Now you can connect the remote start cable to the amplifier, and plug into the auxiliary (RCA) cables into the amps inputs.  To connect the remote start cable and any other wires to the amplifier, use either ring terminals or U-terminals and crimp them on the end of the wires using a decent crimper, making sure that the crimp is not loose.
  4. Now, you need to connect the ground cable to the amp.  To do this, first determine a location near the amp where you can ground the cable.  Normally, use can use any existing screws that are screwed into the car's frame.  You can test to make sure if a location is grounded by using a DC-Tester, normally a test light, by touching the tip of the pen to a wire you know has power and grounding the tester to the location you want.  If you have power then the location is grounded, if not, then try again.  Don't forget, you're battery is disconnected, so don't be fooled when no location works.  Make sure you have power in order to check.  Once you've determined a location, connect the ground cable by crimping ring or U-terminals to the wire and connecting one end to the amp and one end to the grounded location.
  5. Now connect the battery cable started from the battery compartment.  If there is an in-line fuse, make sure to remove the fuse.  Connect the cable crimping ring terminals to the ends of the cable.  If the in-line fuse is not connected, you my need to use butt connectors to crimp the wire together.  Once you've connected the wire to the battery, you can connect the other end to the amplifier where it says +12 V.
  6. Now you can connect the speaker wires to the amplifier using the same method as the rest of the cables, and then connect the to the speakers.  To connect the wires to the speakers, you may need to purchase some spade connectors that are the exact size of the speakers connectors.  Then, you can crimp the spade connectors to the speaker wire and connect the wires to the speakers.
  7. Now reconnect the battery, insert the fuse into the fuse housing, go turn on your radio, and adjust the amplifier to the levels you desire.
