Second Unit, Move Out! |
|
D-Day was actually arrived as Mr. Sakaki, Shige, and the mechanics were waiting for the delivery of 3 units of the new AV-98 Ingram. But they have to wait as the deliverer was caught in traffic. Instead, the new members of SV2 arrived and Noa came late with her scooter.
So, what to do as they spend the first day? Ohta wanted to practice with live ammunition, Noa finally knew that Asuma was the son of Shinohara Heavy Industry’s president. In the afternoon, all members have to cut the grass in the lot. What a job for real police officers !
In the evening, the real action was actually coming as SV2 must capture a stolen mountain construction labor. But they have to pick up the Ingram first on the way.
The plan was set to lure the labor to Ueno Park (not Iriya, because that’s where Gotoh was born), and what should be an easy mission was turned into a hard task as Ohta lost his labor’s head and Noa was angry when his Alphonse lost its arm.
Eventually, the criminal went into police’s ambush at Ueno Park while threatening to fire a missile to a museum. Will the terrorists meet their demands or Noa give them a taste of the Fist of Justice first? |

Long Shot |

The New York city mayor decided to pay Tokyo a visit. So special security must be provided to ensure his safety. Noa and Asuma were assigned to pick up a New York police officer at the airport, a Japanese-American woman named Kanuka Clancy.
At the station, this particular officer managed to lure the attention of SV2 male members with her both Japanese and English speaking ability while explaining the possibility of terrorist attack during the visit. Any question? How about your measurements ^_^
And so, the important day arrived leaving the SV2 members to guard empty streets. What a lame job!
During the watch, Asuma met an old woman who complained about a parked police mobile command center, but Asuma didn’t listen to her. That night the members were complaining about their first day and still have to stay at the station. Noa was forced to go and buy meals for everyone.
The next day, Asuma told Captain Gotoh about the mobile command center, but he clarified that Police Department didn’t have such vehicle. Surely it was a bomb.
Rushed to the scene, the “mobile command center” was actually missile launchers, and there’s only 10 minutes before it launch. The bomb squad couldn’t make it in time, so Asuma must defuse it only with Kanuka’s instruction from the radio. Can he make it in time? And what will happen to Kanuka? |

Strange case occurred in Tokyo Bay area as a car was suddenly missing when the driver left it for few minutes. While in their headquarters, SV2 were testing a very powerful prototype shotgun designed by Shige when he and Mr. Sakaki have to answer a call from the Investigation Division. Detective Matsui asked Shige to pilot an underwater labor to investigate a damaged underwater cable which somehow connected to the missing car case.
Meanwhile, outside the Maritime Safety Agency building, Noa and Asuma saw a strange man being dragged out of the building.
Mr. Sakaki, Shige, and Detective Matsui spent the entire day when finally they saw the missing car on the monitor. Then suddenly a strange thing was approaching the labor before it finally destroyed the labor.
The next day, news about a mysterious sea creature was on the front page of newspapers. Asuma got exited while Kanuka assumed its only a whale.
Asuma, Noa, and Kanuka met the strange man again during lunch. Then they went to the man’s house, which actually a laboratory. The man explained that he was the one responsible for creating the sea monster. Now everything made sense, and SV2 were called. Will they be able to stop the monster before doing more damage? |

The 450 Million Years Old Trap |

The Tragedy of L |
|
A rather stupid incident during a hostage situation forced SV2 members to retrain at the camp. But it wasn’t an ordinary camp as strange incident occurred during their visit.
During bath time, the water suddenly turned into blood. Further examination explained that it was paint bullet. But why would someone put paint into the water?
That night, Ohta was haunted by a pale girl with long hair while the other male members saw a ghostly labor walking down the training ground.
The next day Asuma and Noa decided to pull their own investigation. In an old convenient store, Asuma noticed a beautiful girl. He then asked the old man who owned the store. It is clear that he was hiding something and Asuma was trying to get it out.
Later, SV2 have a mock labor training, in which Ohta’s labor accidentally fell and pointed the gun at Asuma and Noa. Fortunately there wasn't any bullet in it. Apparently, this was the same accident that occurred few months ago. According to the old man’s story, the gun was fired at point blank range towards a young girl and the paint bullet killed her instantly.
Everyone guessed that the training ground was haunted. But why the ghost chose them as victims? What was really going on? |

SV2’s Longest Day (Part One) |
|
It was winter in February and SV2 members were on vacation and Captain Gotoh preferred to stay at the office and accompany Shinobu since he had no family to visit. Outside the headquarters’ gate, a strange man in black was standing.
Asuma paid Mr. Jitsuyama a visit at Hachioji factory. He saw the blue print of a new secret prototype military labor. Jitsuyama asked if Asuma had visited his father, but it was the last option Asuma would take to spend his holiday.
Next, Asuma visited Shinshi’s house, but his wife was planning to spend the entire vacation only with Shinshi alone, so no visitor was allowed.
Up to the next victim, Asuma paid Kanuka a visit in her apartment. Kanuka was spending her time in front of television (the news was about a joined military training between JSDF and the US military) and planned to visit her grandmother.
And so, he finally called Noa at her house, which was in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, asked her if it’s okay to visit. Luckily, Noa agreed. Outside the payphone Asuma was using, a number of tanks passed by.
In another place, a suspicious labor transporter broke through the highway police checkpoint. Being chased by patrol cars, the labor at the carrier’s back it fired upon the police. Written at the back of the labor’s body was: Ground Self-Defense Force.
At Tomakomai, Asuma was waiting for Noa inside a noodle shop. A strange man came and ordered a bowl of steaming hot noodles without scallions, add some chili, and emptied the bowl.
Meanwhile, outside SV2 hangar, a couple of men in black were still spying on them, and Gotoh was using the binocular when they realized being watched back and fled the scene. Gotoh suspected something will happen, so he asked Mr. Sakaki to send one of the Ingram back to Hachioji factory.
That night, Gotoh visited Shinobu’s house and discussed about the morning’s military labor incident. Gotoh suggested that the military themselves could be involved.
The next morning, at exactly 4.05 AM, the military forces began their action by seizing important buildings all around Tokyo, including SV2 headquarters. They asked the mechanics the labor’s data disc. Sakaki was relieved as Alphonse’s already safe at Hachioji. Outside, Shinobu’s SV1 already prepared to fight back.
The news was spreading around Japan, and Asuma was surprised when he saw the photograph of the mastermind that was on the news. It was the same man he saw at the noodle shop, a man called Kiyoteru Kai. Immediately, every SV2 members cancelled their vacation and rushed into Tokyo. |

SV2’s Longest Day (Part Two) |
|
Gotoh was eating at a noodle shop watching the news when the car phone rang. Shinshi informed that the JSDF has occupied SV2 building and Kanuka, disguised as food deliverer went there to check things and grabbed SV2 uniforms. Mr. Sakaki suggested Kanuka to take another labor at Nakano Police Academy. Shige told that the JSDF might have a nuclear missile.
Somewhere else, the police chief contacted Nagumo and ordered her and the troops to withdraw from Tokyo. Nagumo rejected saying that the police shouldn’t left without a fight, but the chief insisted that the decision was already made by politicians. The US informed them that the rebel forces got an aerial-launch cruise missile in their hands. He also informed her about the leader of the rebel, who was actually Gotoh’s college friend. But Nagumo resisted and said that she couldn’t obey such order and would act independently.
At the phone, Nagumo blamed Gotoh that he dragged her into this mess, but Gotoh didn’t listen to her complain. She also informed that Gotoh was wanted by the police.
At Nakano Police Academy, Ohta, Shinshi, and Kanuka stole a labor. Kanuka was exited she planned to raise some hell at the highway.
Asuma called Gotoh in the car saying that he and Izumi were already arrived, and told that he saw Kai at a noodle shop at Tomakomai. Noa was glad when she heard Alphonse was safe at Hachioji.
At the car, Gotoh tried to put the pieces together. If Kai’s trump card was to launch the missile to a city, then the perfect target would be Tokyo. But Kai was at Tomakomai and the trailer fled away from Sendai. Suddenly he saw a billboard of ferry lines that connects Tomakomai, Sendai, and Tokyo.
At a US military base, Kanuka got the information about the missile, and also borrowed a huge rapid machine gun which made Ohta’s nose bleed excitedly.
Back on the highway, apparently Gotoh’s car crashed into the billboard so he stole an ambulance. Inside, he called Detective Matsui and asked him to meet at the Maritime Safety Agency building.
In Maritime Safety Agency building, Matsui’s contact confirmed that there was a ferry line that fit Gotoh’s description, in fact, the ferry was stolen by the rebels one day before. A few photographs taken by a helicopter indicated a few ships that sailed in a formation. On each of them was some kind of missile launcher. So, Gotoh’s prediction was true.
And so, can Gotoh stop his old friend Kai from launching the cruise missile? And how about the rest of SV2 involved in Gotoh’s plan? |

Go North, SV2! |
|
At a gas station, a truck container got stolen when the driver was taking a leak. But when a policeman came and reported it to the station, the driver escaped. Later he was discovered as a member of House of The Sea terrorist group who was stealing a labor. So, the truck itself was stolen.
SV2 were called to give a chase on the highway. All exits were blocked while Captain Gotoh tried to find out what was really inside the container. Current information was that the content was a new labor imported from West Germany for the upcoming International Labor Exhibition.
By the help of a local police, Gotoh narrowed the thief’s destination to Nigata Port. Meanwhile, two unidentified labors were spotted at Mikuni Mountain. They target was probably the container truck. Gotoh smelled something fishy was going on.
Then, SV2 blocked the entrance to the tunnel to prevent the truck from escaping. Upon capturing, a labor’s hand appeared from the inside of the container and bashed Noa’s labor to the ground, enabling the truck to escape into the tunnel. Moreover, Ohta recklessly damaged his labor inside the tunnel.
On the other side of the tunnel, the labor pilot thought that the second thief as one of House of The Sea new contact, their comrade.
Meanwhile, at the highway stop, Noa, Asuma, and Ohta were blaming each other for not being able to stop the truck. We finally see “another” side of Kanuka here ^_^
The chief police arrived and told Gotoh that two Schaft Enterprise Europe (SEE) labors were there to aid capturing the truck, and that Gotoh had to cooperate with them. Apparently SEE felt responsible for the incident.
On the way, Gotoh told Shinobu that the stolen labor was a Type-7 Brocken, a military labor smuggled by SEE, so the two labors provided by them were probably meant to wipe the company’s bad trace.
Meanwhile, the SEE labors managed to surprised the truck driver and made the labor pilot unconscious. Fortunately, SV2 were already arrived to sustain it, but not before dealing with SEE labors.
Could Noa fight against both of them? And what was the real intention of the second thief stealing the truck? |
