As you can see he is very much into the fitness scene.  The one in the middle is his favorite.  

Hopefully one day we can enter in a competition together.   I have a ways to go to be on 

the level of fitness competitors, but I'm still trying.   Can't seem to give up those 

yeast rolls at Golden Corral.  They are yummy!
