Well, ya'll know Ray loves to workout. He is one of the most disciplined individuals in my life. Always in the gym with the rising sun. My fitness role model-although I balk at times when getting up at 5 a.m.,  I love it just as much as he does.  One day I'll put my gallery up here too, that is if I have enough nerve to take all these half naked pictures like he does.  Well, he claims they are not naked pictures, but . . . ok, ok, bodybuilding poses.
