The Itinerary's have been put together by the same Aussie
Tour Operator who delivers the "Ground Content" Tour in Kathmandu.
Only a max of 20 applicants are accepted in any Tour.
The intention,
is that you use them as either, an Add-On to your Holiday Itinerary, or
a Stand Alone Holiday combined with an average of 3 to 7 Extra-Days,
becoming usually a great 6 to 10 or 19 to 21 day Holiday in Nepal.

Kathmandu City & Valley Itinerary(5-days/nights).---US$650
A mixture Kathmandu City & Valley experiences, fully escorted!
Costs for 2003 14-day Itinerarys,
Two different All-Inclusive 14-day itinerary's.
(1) Himalayan Countryside Itinerary(14-days/nights).---US$1,440
A mixture of Kathmandu City, Kathmandu Valley & Nepalese Countryside.
Including Bhaktapur, Patan, Lumbini, Pokhara & Rafting the Trisuli River.
(If you don't feel like Rafting, you may stay on our Coach to travel to our Campsite)
(2) Himalayan Jungle Itinerary(14-days/nights).---US$1,600
A mixture of Kathmandu City, Kathmandu Valley & Nepalese Jungle.
Including Bhaktapur, Patan & the Royal Bardia National Park.
Extra-Days.---US$25 each per night All-Inclusive.
As the Travel Package has fixed dates, extra-days are provided
at a low fixed rate, to allow the Traveller flexibility in confirming
International Flights.
These extra-days include airport Transfers, all meals & accommodation
at a private lodge in the center of Kathmandu City.
During the period of any Tour, Gary, The Kathmandu Specialist has
control of the Lodge & Restaurant. Therefore you are provided for
in a complete way by your Aussie Escort & Guide.
Countryside Itinerary(14-days/nights):
September during the Nepalese "Indra Jatra" festival.
October during the Nepalese "Dashain" festival.
Jungle Itinerary(14-days/nights):
November the last Month of Autumn in Nepal.
December the first Month of Winter in Nepal.
Basically you need to confirm seats on 4 different Flights.
One from your own Country to either Singapore, Bangkok or both.
One from either Singapore or Bangkok to Kathmandu.
The same type of flights also when returning home.
Problem with Flights,
People from many Country's Arrive in either Singapore or Bangkok
and form a bottle neck trying to get to Kathmandu.
Airlines release the new prices in February which is the first time you
can try to Confirm your flights, and most flights are waitlisted by March.
Answer to Problem,
Plan ahead, consult your Travel Agent or The Kathmandu Specialist.
Before the new flight costs are released in February, put your name down
for your flights anyway. When your Agent confirms your flight bookings
you will only have to pay usually about $100 deposit on these flights to
your Agent. Now your one of the lucky few who can visit Nepal at this very
busy time of year.
Best flights to Choose,
To use Singapore Airline only for the 4 flights.
Don't book flights that make you stay overnight in Singapore or Bangkok.
This is a waste of time & money. (unless all other flights are waitlisted)
Singapore Airline provide flights where you only have to stay in Singapore
Airport for about 3 hours before transferring to your Kathmandu Flight.
Best flights Example,
In Australia these flights are only available every Wednesday,
Friday or Sunday when flying from Brisbane.(other cities vary)
These flights-: (usually AU$1,700 return approx. within Australia)
Depart Brisbane at 00:15am, Arrive in Singapore 06:00am,
Depart Singapore 09:00am, Arrive in Kathmandu 11:25am.
All in the same day and your having a relaxing lunch with Gary at our
private Lodge in the center of Ancient Kathmandu.
(1) Choose a 14-day Travel Package by Dates, and try to build a 3 week
Holiday around it by adding extra-days Before & After it. This will be
easy as you will need to use these extra-days in combination with
the Travel Package with flexibility to be able to Confirm Flights.

(3) Apply for your flights for free, and when your Travel Agent confirms
your flights with the airline, you would then pay your Agent
a deposit. (*Make a Free Secure Reservation before February)
(4) The Kathmandu Specialist will keep in touch with you or your
Travel Agent. When your Flights are confirmed, and you have paid
your deposit to your Travel Agent, you must Pay a Booking Deposit
to secure your Travel Package. The balance Plus Extra-Days
Collectively, is to be paid no later than the 1st of August
of the year you have Booked to Travel.

Due to the International content of this Travel Package, and the
preparation involved to provide a personalized Service,
deposits are non-refundable.
Money paid within Australia, is paid in AU$ using the exchange rate

It does not matter which Country you live in, You may purchase direct
from The Kathmandu Specialist or your Travel Agent. If you are
starting your journey by departing Australia, Gary will have his
Travel Agent arrange your flights for you if you wish, just ask for help.
Agents who deposit into The Kathmandu Specialist bank account
Tour deposits and or, all balances owing, on behalf of clients
may keep 10% commission. and deposit the rest. To confirm this,
