Following the steps below!
Step 1
Choose which Tour Itinerary
There are four Tours Yearly! Sept. Oct. Nov. & Dec.
each offering either a 5 or 14-day Itinerary!
Step 2
Decide on how many "Extra Days"
you wish to also purchase
You don't Know how many for sure, until you Confirm your Flights.
However, with some research you will be able to work this out.

Step 3
Make Secure Reservations
Imagine that to this point you have planned what seems to be
a Fantastic 1 or 3 week Holiday Travel Package, your going to do it, you
say to yourself.
OK. If you make The Kathmandu Specialist & your Travel Agent aware
of your intentions by reserving between Now & Mid-February of the year
you wish to Travel, this is classed as a FREE "Secure Reservation".
This will be the only way you can Guarantee your Holiday.
Note Reservations made between February & August
of the year you wish to Travel,
are classed as FREE "Un-Secure Reservations"
This is because flights are
sold out very quickly for this time of the year, and you will find
that at least one of your required flights would be un-available.
This means all your other flights would be confirmed, and one
would be "waitlisted".
You, your Travel Agent & The Kathmandu Specialist, would never know
if you are able to come or not..
Step 4
Pay a deposit to your Travel Agent
In about Mid-February of your Holiday Year, Airlines release
their new prices for the year, and your Travel Agent can be one of the first
to Confirm Flights, on your behalf, if you have already made a
"Secure Reservation" that is.
Example, your Travel Agent Can't take a deposit
from you until all your flights are confirmed, but when
they are ALL confirmed, pay your Agent a Deposit.
Step 5
Pay your Deposit to The Kathmandu Specialist
Once you have had your Travel Agent Confirm
"All Your Required Flights", usually
Mid-February, you must Pay your Deposit to
The Kathmandu Specialist, for your Travel Package.
Step 6
Pay your Balance owing to The Kathmandu Specialist
The Balance owing on your Travel Package must be paid
in Full by the 1st of August
of the year you intend to Travel.
Step 7
Pay your Balance owing to your Travel Agent
Most Travel Agents like to be paid in full
by about one month before Departure.
