Alternate combinations of days are possible--subject to availability.
Parties of more than 10 are charged $75 per EXTRA (11th+) person over the age of 13. Extra kids 5-13 are $25 and kids under 5 are free.
Parties of 5
or more young adults (14-23) w/o parents:
ADD a $100 'risk factor fee' to any rental fee, AND ADD an extra $25 for EACH
PERSON in the party under the age of 21. Holiday periods are not rented to groups
who are all in the 14-21 age group.

Deposits
A security deposit of $300 required to hold specified time period. Any rental where the contact person is less than 24 years of age requires an extra $100 deposit. Animals also add extra deposit. Security deposit to be refunded 2-3 weeks after your stay, minus any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning charges associated with the property during your stay.

Payment
Full payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Personal check, bank check or money orders may be mailed to the address below. Last minute bookings (initial contact less than 2 weeks prior to arrival) accepted with a PayPal payment, bank check or money orders ONLY.
