3 night min. 
Sleeps up to 10 people with our regular rates (up to 14 w/ extra fees)

Weekly rentals (6-7 nights)
(normally from Friday at 5:00 pm to Friday at noon.
off-season weeks may be rented Sunday to Sunday--same times).
Long Weekend rentals (5 nights, subject to availability)

Midweek rentals (usually Mon. night to Fri. noon)

Weekends that remain open 3 months before the date 
are available for shorter weekend stays  (3-4 nights). 

Features

• Close to Wilmington Center (1 mile), Lake Wittingham, Haystack Mountain & Golf course. Mount Snow is only 5 miles down a back road, saving you from the traffic on Rt 100. Very convenient to other area attractions. See directions for exact location.
• Quiet neighborhood, off the beaten path, away from the crowds, but close to everything!
• Large 8 person indoor Jacuzzi room with speakers hooked up to the stereo upstairs.
• Private two+ acre lot.
• 4 Furnished Bedrooms
• Linens are included for all beds downstairs, the queen bed in the master bedroom, and one set for the loft. Parties who wish to use the futon in the den, or the second mattress in the loft can bring their own sheets, or pay an extra $25 per set.
• Large Living room with Fieldstone Fireplace. A 29" TV,  VCR, and Cable TV is hooked up to the surround sound stereo for great movie viewing. A collection of movies, stereo, w/5 cd changer and several radio stations. An older computer w/ internet access, some software and a few games is also included.
• Den with futon and woodstove.  The 19" in the den (also with VCR) is also hooked up to cable. There is also a 13" TV downstairs in one bedroom.
• Kitchen now updated! (includes sink, stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker) and seating for 6-8.
• Dining area seats 6-12.
• Loft area with extra beds (children under 6 will need help climbing the stairs)
• Large deck off kitchen and living room
• 2 full bathrooms (sink, toilet and tub/shower)
• Clothes washer & dryer
• Off street parking for 6-10 cars
