In memory of Kabar Raftah 1978-2007

Kari Arabians is a farm that breeds, raises and conditions Arabian and Part Arabian competitive, endurance and pleasure horses. We concentrate on CMK and Crabbet bloodlines for our breeding program but also supplement with Polish, Russian and Egyptian lines. We are slowly building our stock of high/ pure Crabbets. We only produce a couple of foals each year and concentrate on producing quality foals with good temperament and athletic ability that can succeed at endurance or competitive trail riding and be your best friend.

We raise our horses outdoors with ample room to grow and develop. Our horses are in a herd environment. They get to be normal horses. Even our senior stallion, Asif, with his companion mare and pony. We start our horses as late as 5 year olds to allow them to grow and mature properly.

We are located in southwestern Ontario, in the Georgian Bay Area. Visitors welcome by
appointment.

HISTORY
Kari Arabians was started over 25 years ago with the purchases of Mindara (Raffsim X Mirasa) a grey 100% CMK mare from Colorado and her foal Kari Seri Star by BB Super Star. As a broodmare she produced a number of quiet, large foals, with the last being Kari Bodarick, who we have retained. Another early acquisition was Allens Sue (Tearra Fix X Gay Fayrad) a fiery chestnut of *Serafix/Raffles bloodlines, who excelled at long distances.

In 1989, we acquired Kabar Raftah who has represented Canada in two World Equestrian Games and two North American Championships in Endurance.
