Mazurka was bought late 1989 along with Kabar Raftah from Jan Worthington and Grace Ramsey of Illionois who are well known for long distance prospects. Mazurka is a great endurance mare who placed first at her first 100 mile race and has completed the Old Dominion 100. She and Richelle  were 1st NorthEast junior in 1991.  Mazurka had a foal in 1993, a grey gelding named Mariah who is a successful competitive horse in Ontario. Our mare "Munch" is Mariah's daughter and has a winning attitude just like her granddam.
