St. Rita Chapel, 3/F Holy Trinity Memorial Chapel

Sucat Road, Paranaque City

 

Cremation will be at 2:00 PM on 27 July, 2003 after the Mass.

 

 

CELSA RAPI HILAO is one of the original plaintiffs of the Marcos Class Suit, being the mother of human rights martyr Liliosa Hilao and SELDA Secretary General Marie Hilao-Enriquez, both victims of the Martial Law Regime, awaiting indemnification and justice for the past 17 years.
