Mandians

Long ago after the crash, the people became divided. The Ruling crew members could not settle on whom should lead the survivors. They could not settle their differences peacefully so Commander Niko Mandian took a small group of the ships scientists and headed off to the south lands.

Once hundred's of miles away Niko found a small cavern which offered some shelter from the endless sun's over head. It was in this cavern he discover a secret. The deep boltholes provided small pockets where water would fill. The combination of heat and humidity provided for an endless source of the life giving fluids.

Determined now to keep his people alive he scouted out more and more caverns. some large enough to house the entire population of the ship's survivors. He knew those left behind would soon die without this information he sent his son Marko back to the crash site with the information.

Marko was killed by David Lord. David, the security officer on the ship, looked at all the people who left as traitors and killed them one by one as they returned. As the news of Marko's death returned to Niko, Niko pushed further south taking in any stagglers which found them.

Soon, Niko found another secret. The planet had it's own form of life. Giant worm like creatures, which were named Sandula's. Niko found he could control the beasts to an extent, and that the "droppings" they left behind could be altered into food.

With an almost endless supply of food and water the small group began to form a settlement deep in the south lands. The scouts found more and more caverns inwhich they could live. Life started over it would seem.

As the years past, the group begain to notice small changes, first their eyes taking on a green tint, then psychic powers none knew they possessed manifested. As the years the clan had devolped their unique abilities.

Telepathy being the main focus. There were slightly lesser powers, but telepathy became their strongest. Empathy also played a major part in the clans devolpment.

Now years later the Clan has emerge as one as the strongest rulling the south lands. Nika Mandian who is the great great grand daughter of Niko, is the rightful Clan ruler.
