Notes: All races must have an approved racial profile, specifying preferred powers. If a race has preferred powers, dots in these powers cost 1 Nova point less than the listed cost, while non-preferred powers cost 1 nova point more than the listed cost. Mega-Attributes cost the same as listed in the Aberrant main book. In addition, Taint will not be recorded, as the race in question is assumed to evolved that way and thus suffers no penalty; the racial characteristics will take the place of Aberrations. Racial characteristics which can be construed as either Merits or Flaws will not be counted as such, since all members of that particular race have said traits. (This does not apply to sole crash survivors, only to characters belonging to crash landings where there were many survivors.)
