The silent operator. Like several members of the group, he is a person born with the heritage of the east and the upringing of the west. Reconciling both worlds within oneself is a gigantic challenge for any peson to undertake. Oftentimes misconstrued as standoffish, Nords is actually a swell guy. He never boasts of his own performances and credentials, but one can definitely see his result-oriented style of leadership. Nords capably complements the president and the secretary-general when activities required them to burn the midnight oil. He sees these as opportunities to enrich himself, lock horns, and compare "notes" with other leaders and their style of leadership and how they apply it in their peace-building endeavors. He gets the job done and when he does it, he tries his best to make it worthwhile.
