Simple and unassuming, Floyd is young compared to several members of the group. This observant lad is like a sponge. Though having acquired impressive credentials as a student leader in his high school days, he has remained humble in admitting he has lots to learn from the more experienced members of KAAKBAY. His committment to his youth constituents in Barangay Calumpang is as strong as his commitment to his former constituents in the General Santos City High School. His keen sense of observation is one of the qualities which makes him a potential great leader of the community in the future.
