Anyone who belongs to the youth sector can become a member of KAAKBAY. No boundaries shall be made, since there should be none. No tribe or religion or creed shall be refused admission, since all youth are welcomed. For as long as you are a youth, you are entitled to join the ranks of young peace-builders. For as long as peace-building among the tri-people is your aim and goal, your right to learn, spread, and eventually live in a culture of peace shall not be deprived from you. All one just has to do is undergo a Trainor's Training on the Culture of Peace conducted by any KAAKBAY Youth Trainor. One of KAAKBAY's policies is to automatically absorb the participants of the trainings it had organized or conducted into the organization. When one completes the training, he or she is now called a "youth peace-builder". Since KAAKBAY is a family of "youth peace-builders", one can now add his or her talents and skills to the collective effort of the group, if he or she chooses to.
