Yes. To name a few, Kaakbay-TPYD is recognized/supported by the Youth Affairs and Development Office - Office of the City Mayor of General Santos City, and the United Nations Multi-Donor Programme 3. Many of the organization's programs/projects are endorsed by these respected institutions. By virtue of NRP Resolution No 011, Series of 2003, Kaakbay-TPYD is recognized by the National Youth Commission. In fact, it is the first ever city-level youth organization existing in General Santos City that is recognized by the NYC. Click here to read/view the said resolution.
