ACCREDITATION / RECOGNITION

       Having been founded only last April 8, 2002, KAAKBAY is still in the process of acquiring juridical personality and public identity. Among the applications for recognition and accreditations undertaken are:

1. through the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a non-stock, non-profit youth organization;
   
   
2. through the National Youth Commission (NYC) as a recognized youth organization; and
   
   
3. the Sangguniang Panlungsod of General Santos City as an accredited Non-Government Organization of the city.

       We hope to acquire these accreditations and recognitions within the first quarter of 2003. Inshaallah.
