This is the re-echo activity of the 1st Sarangani Provincial Culture of Peace Training (SPCOPT). It is the objective of the organization to help the provincial peace stakeholders thoroughly in achieving the objectives established in the Provincial Peace Summit by striving to reach out to all youth leaders and movers in the area so that all who had attended past peace training and camps in the province facilitated by Kaakbay shall be subsequently gathered in a youth peace congress that would formally establish and launch a province-wide peace advocating youth organization in Sarangani.
