In continuation of KAAKBAY's program of spreading an awareness campaign and a culture of peace in the community, KAAKBAY shall make its first major salvo of the year in disseminating the culture of peace to the youth sector by inviting five (5) representatives from each municipality and ten (10) delegates from each of the three cities found within the SOCSKSARGEN area. The five delegates from each municipality shall be taken from the top officers of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, while those from the three cities shall be divided between five officers from the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and five of the best youth achievers of the city.

        This activity shall take a camp-type set-up where delegates will be asked to bring their own tents. KAAKBAY shall play a dual role as facilitating/training body and organizer. The organization shall pass on to them the culture of peace training. As is policy, all who had completed a training or symposia organized or facilitated by KAAKBAY shall automatically become members of the organization. Through them and with their help, the dream of spreading a culture of peace among the youth in Southern Mindanao as soon as possible shall become a reality. It is expected that the delegates of this event will host the re-echo activities at the provincial, municipal, and/or barangay levels. The host city of the SIMCCOPT shall be General Santos.
