PROMOTIONS and RANKS (details)

Leaders can now promote members based on that member's performance during an instance run, group contribution, etc; leaders are able to promote up to knight rank only; elite ranks must be inquired with GM/stewards.
Also. Any member who shows good activity and support in the guild or to their fellow guildies will also get promoted. The promotions/ranks just determines/separates those new and old from the guild. Those new to the guild can rate or look for help with any member based on their rank. So DON'T be shy to ask for help in the guild.

Member's Rank Summary:

Gladiator = PvP rank (given to members with noted PvP
                  playability). Prereq. Elites rank.
Elites     = Highest Rank (given to those who excel in PvE
                 and character playability, and guild support)
Knight   = Officer Rank (officer rank enabling officer chat
                 command "/o"). 4 months in the guild/noted PvE
                 and guild support.
Soldier   = Middle Rank (rank that demonstrates member's
                 general experience in WoW). A member who
                demos a decent contribution to guildies or PvE
                playability.

Recruit = Low Rank (team player)
Trainee =   Introductory Rank (default rank)

Ruler                         = Guild Master (GM)
Steward                     =   Successor (co-GM)
Patriarch/Matriarch   = Primary Class Manager
Leaders                     = Class Leader (secondary)
