| BORACAY: Situated at the northwestern tip of Panay, in the west Visayas region, off the Sibuyan Sea. | From Manila, visitors can take a 45 minute Philippine Airlines flight to Kalibo in the province of Aklan; from where you travel another two hours inland ( via bus or jeepney) to Caticlan. Or take the 80 minutes flgihts direct to Caticlan. At Caticlan, visitors are asked to fill up forms regarding travel details. Then, it's off to Boracay via outrigger boats. Getting around the area by jeepneys and motorcycles or cruise around the island with the outrigger boat.. But if you really want to see and enjoy the local scenery , just take a long leisurely walks along the seashores |
