Scented "Potpourri Rocks"

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup table salt
1/4 tsp Essential oil
Food coloring
2/3 cup boiling water

Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Stir well to thoroughly mix the food coloring and oil. Then form into shapes.

The really teriffic thing about this quick and easy craft is that you can match your decor with the food coloring and give it a little color or a lot. These "rocks" are then placed in a display dish of your choice and give off a very nice potpourri odor for several months.

Essentail Oil may be purchased at any candle shop.

Try shaping the "rocks" as a real rock would be shaped. You may also use a cookie cutter and cut out various shapes, such as circles, stars, diamonds, etc.
