| MY FAVORITE! PASTA FAGIOLI 3 tsps oil 2 lbs Ground Beef 1 10oz. bag Julienne cut Carrots 1 very large diced Onion 14 oz of chopped celery 2 large cans Diced Tomatoes 3 15oz cans Red Kidney Beans 3 15oz cans Great Northern Beans 88oz Beef Stock 3 tsps Oregano 2 1/2 tsps Pepper 6 Tbls Parsley 1 1/2 tsps Tabasco Sauce 2 26 1/2oz cans Delmonte Garlic & Onion Speghetti Sauce 14 oz Dry Pasta Shell Macaroni Saute beef in oil in largest pot (I use my canning pop) until brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 min. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Add beef stock, oregano,pepper, Tabasco, speghetti sauce and shell roni. Simmer until celery and carrots are still a little crunchy but tender. Aproximately 45 minutes. This makes about 10 quarts To serve: Sprinkle fresh Parmesan Cheese on top of each serving and serve Crunchy Garlic and Cheese French Bread |

| My Husbands Favorite! ZUPPA TUSCANNA 1 1/2 cups Spicy Hot ground Sausage 2 large diced Potatoes 3/4 cup diced Onion 6 slices Bacon 1 1/2 tsps minced Garlic 2 cups Kale Leaves chopped 2 Tbls Chicken Base 1 quart Water 1/3 cup Heavy Cream Cook sausage til done. cook bacon and onion til bacon is crisp, then take out of pan and drain on paper towel, leave onoin in pan. Add garlic to onion for a minute then, Add chicken base, water and potatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Crumple bacon and add to pop. Add sausage, kale, and cream. Simmer about 5 minutes and serve. Garlic bread sticks are good with this and a salad. |
