| Summer Strawberry Salad A tasty sweet salad for a summer time BBQ Salad: 1-2 bunches fresh Spinach Salad (washed and stems removed) 1 pint fresh Strawberries (sliced) � cup Walnuts (chopped, toasting is optional) � cup Feta Cheese (crumbled) Dressing (Enough for 10+ salads, just make it and then store in fridge): 1 cup Vegetable Oil (I�d substitute Canola Oil � healthier) � cup Sugar � cup Raspberry Vinegar 2 cloves Garlic (finely minced) � tsp Salt � tsp White Pepper Preparation: 1. Combine all dressing ingredients, mix well and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine salad, strawberries, walnuts and feta cheese. 3. Before serving drizzle with well-mixed dressing. FYI. It�s helpful if you have a shaker-top bottle (or sealed dressing container), as the dressing tends to separate easily. |
