David Emer Payne II
This is David, the youngest of the clan. Dave's in Germany this year as part of the FBI witness protection program, or so I've been told. He'll be working in Mannheim at Stahlwerk-Disko nur f�r M�nner, and going by the name Horst-Herbert Mannliebe. Just ask around for "Die Badminton-Schwuchtel" and you shouldn't have any trouble finding him.Unfortunately Dave has no web page of his own right now, but he does have a brother who loves him, so here are some pictures and insightful commentary on Continental life, fashion, and philosophy.
