| brief p-003 'apollo 440' is a hard core trail shoe without the normal hard core weight and ridgidity something for any situation the idea a high end shoe with a lot of features but all working together in a cohesive way for a single purpose - to cover any sort of ground - quickly the shoe moulds to the foot with a snug lacing system and extended ankle collar. it moves as the foot moves with flex grooves in the forefoot and a soft material at points where the upper flexes |

| ridges of reinforcing hold the ankle stable. they link into lacing eyelet tabs |
| laces pull high ankle collar for a snug fit with a thick tongue for comfort. elastic tightening clips are used lower down so there is no need to adjust these for every day use. this makes a faster transition from door to jungle |
| technical bits water resisting features where you need it most but not a water proof shoe, it freely drains water that builds up inside and quick drying interchangeable liners can easily be substituted in for multi-day events the liner is a breatheable sleave, allowing a sock to be worn as well. interchangeable, it allows a dry shoe to be worn at all times zip cover extends diagonally across the shoe attaching on the outside so it won't come undone built on a semi curved last with a small cut-away arch to save weight and allow the upper to fit more snuggly there's lots of detail here - you don't have to absorb it all at once! |
