The same strategy should work here as well. If you are using single hit attacks, concentrate on the angel head because it can cure both. When the right target's HPs are low it will get mad and use major attacks. Have your Cure spells ready.

Be prepared to cure your party members when he uses the Fallen One spell. This reduces all your HPs to 1 for the entire party. A good tactic is have your characters equiped with Flame Shields and cast Merton on him. The above tactic works well also. Even special character attacks do a fair ammount of dmage to him.
