Cast Beserk on him and use Phantom on yourself. Attack his MPs with Rasp. When they run out, he will die, and won't be able to use his Ultima spell. It takes a long time to do this, but he won't be able to hurt you the whole time.

The 3 Stooges
Use Ultima and Bahamut if you have them, and your best attacks. Note which spells heal wich stooge
For a short battle, cast X-Zone to suck in the sould savers and win the fight. If you don't have X-Zone, WrexSoul will enter one of your characters. Kill him/her and he will reappear for you to thrash with ice spells and your strongest attacks.
