This McDonald's located at Gale Street & Milwaukee Blvd on Chicago's northside. The receipt reads "We love to see you smile. Any questions or comments, please call MIKE at 773-777-2327." JohnsJohn inspected this restroom on October 6, 2001 at 4:01 PM and it didn't make us smile. This Citgo Foodmart was an Amaco gas station about a month ago. You didn't get to use the restrooms when it was an Amaco and you still can't. This Citgo is located at 4400 N.
