| As promised, I am updating the Andrew Snadberg portion of my site with more information. The first update contains some documents I located on a diskette. They are primarily letters written to Angela and Dr. Howell. The first letter I am posting is a letter I wrote for Andrew when I finally relinquished my legal custody. In this letter you will read about my request to receive photos 2 times per year and my ability to send cards and gifts to Andrew. I did send cards and gifts, I believe I have UPS reciepts, but I NEVER received even one photo. I learned that Andrew had not been getting the gifts I sent from a friend who had the opportunity to ask him about specific toys. | Visitation became a fight with Angela after I married Sherry. Angela would not be at home when it was time for me to pick Andrew up or would argue about which weekends I was suppose to have with him. I NEVER failed to show up to get him at an appointed time and on a number of occasions I agreed to keep him additional days when Angela had to be out of town at a confrence or to visit someone she met on the Internet. I wrote up a visitation schedule to try to avoid disagreements but it really did not help. | This section has letters that I wrote to Dr. Howell. Dr. Howell is the counselor who Angela chose to help her obtain full custody of Andrew. Angela met with this man prior to him meeting me. I am not sure what she told him but he had a serious bias against me from the very beginning. He was not a fair minded person and ALWAYS took her side when we had a dispute. I often wondered if she had paid him a lot of money to have him take the case and see everything her way. There is no way I could ever prove she had paid him off and she might not have, I do not know. My attorney told me Dr. Howell was not a very respectable person and he had seen him in court on a number of occasions testifying in custody cases. I feel sure this is why Angela chose him. I am not sure if this is all of the letters to Dr. Howell that I wrote but it is the ones on the diskette I found. | I will continue to add more to this site. I have a box full of paper documents to scan and quite a few more letters I have written to Andrew over the years. I never forget his birthday and try to celebrate it just because I love him. We would set an extra place at our table for holiday celibrations but as Madalyn started to get older, it upset her too much so we had to stop. He was always there in my heart though even when there was no extra plate for him. I hope to have dinner with Andrew someday very soon. He is always welcome at our house. We keep the photos that we have of Andrew when he was young proudly displayed in our home for everyone who visits to see. I like looking at them too even if it does sometimes make me cry. |
