Management Theory of Constraints
(TOC) is a troubleshooting and management method that
focuses on end-to-end business processes. Leveraging logic
tools and decision trees, TOC seeks to improve the
throughput of an entire business, not individual
departments. The power of this toolset is realized in
creative thinking and breakthrough improvements in sales and
profitability, not just reduced cost and efficiency. |
