Kepner-Tregoe Decision
Making The Kepner-Tregoe (KT) Decision Making method is a process for approaching, attacking and making decisions in a logical, non-emotional way. The process quantifies every aspect of decision making and is managed as a team. KT is credited with substantial improvements in problem-solving and decision-making skills of individual managers and departmental productivity. It has helped a great number of chief executive officers and their top management teams determine the strategic direction of their organizations. Was trained in the Kepner-Tregoe process and also as a KT facilitator. As a facilitator, has managed countless team decisions utilizing mind-mapping and process mapping methods for over seven years at Seagate. Used in conjunction with the Six Sigma statistical rigor, KT provides a balanced approach to quantifying transactional knowledge and business requirements. |
