There are two rooms on the main floor. My quarters are in the basement but will share the entry, yard and bathroom with you. So there's a maximum of 3 people at a time. (Okay, sometimes I let a person stay in the upstairs Reike space for a few days when move-in to their permenant digs goes into SNAFU mode).
