The exploring never ends. I have only begun to dip my toes in the water.  Now that I have graduated in Art at UC Berkeley, the search begins: getting that JOB. But before I do, I have decided to update my online portfolio and spend the summer studying abroad in Spain.  What a wonderful opportunity to open my eyes more to unending resources of life from which build memories.

This website is meant to share with you, my friends and family, the work I have spent the past three years completing (or attempting to complete) in the search of finding my niche  in the art world. I began with drawing and painting, very traditional media, taught by techincal methods at previous schools.  Then I ventured into abstract painting, perhaps closer to decorative and modern painting than to what I would call abstract.  Finally, within the past year, I weened myself off all fear of the computer and began using those programs in my computer meant to transform an image into wonders with the touch of a button.  What followed only yielded great improvement and interest in graphic art and a curiosity for this new digital medium.

Here you will witness my growth, confusion, strenghts, weaknesses, and amazing leaps in new paths.
It is my goal to ultimately reach the point where I know where all this is leading to, to witness for myself what having such a mixed background of art skills can benefit for myself. I departed UCBerkeley hoping to find my niche soon in the future. I believe that being exposed to and experiencing life will lead me there.
