Psychosynthesis
Psychosynthesis, one
of the first psychospiritual therapy models, combines the best of
traditional depth psychology with creative modalities such as role-playing,
drawing, writing, movement, imagery and meditations to create inner
balance. This approach is particularly effective in treating depression,
low self esteem, and in promoting personal and spiritual growth.
Cognitive/Somatic Therapy®
In cognitive/somatic
therapy, the client is taught to recognize and change negative thought
patterns and to reduce corresponding physical tension through relaxation
and body awareness. This approach is particularly effective in treating
anxiety and panic attacks as well as the stress of chronic illness.
