Using simple, gentle postures, Ayurvedic yoga therapy brings the individual back into balance with his/her own natural constitution.

Joann, a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified yoga teacher, uses yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation, as well as herbs, oils and fragrances, to guide individuals back to health and balance.
She offers group classes and individual sessions.
