| I know I shouldn't make fun of people who use personals. I actually have used them myself. I've met quite a few people off the internet as well. Needless to say some people weirded me out too much to actually meet in person. Some were pretty scary, others are still good friends to this day. |
| But I can't stop myself. I flip through the papers looking for personal ads, laughing at the things people say about themselves. This will be a section of real personal ads I found in Columbus area papers or on Yahoo! Personals. Prepare to laugh... And I apologize if it's your ad that am making fun of. |

| If I were to post a personal ad today, I'd probably use a pic like this just to show I'm height weight proportionate. I had a personal ad up years ago and people were always um... surprised about that when I met them. It's a sad, sad world when people lie about themselves on the internet with the intention of actually meeting the other person. Sometimes I tell people I'm a 400lb black man who likes to eat cats, but they never believe me. Go figure. |
