Jeffrey Halprin is a licensed Mechanical Contractor (heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration) as well as a licensed Builder. He has preformed over 4,000 inspections. His background includes ten years with a developement firm. He also has had hands-on experience in construction and reconstruction including the definition and resolution of structural faults in a number of homes.
He is in his element when climbing on a roof or crawling around in the attic, so don't expect him to arrive at your inspection in a suit and tie. If you choose to join him poking around in the attic or crawlspace, please dress appropriately.
