JLH Home Services understands your needs and the time limitations involved in your real estate transaction.
In most cases, arrangements can be made for the inspecton to take place within a few days. It is recommended however, that you schedule your appointment immediately following acceptance of your offer, as appointments book up quickly.
At times your calls may be taken electronically. If a message is left, your call will be returned promptly.
Condominium Inspections
Interior inspections are available for condominium buyers at reduced rates. This includes all areas and components normally examined, except the roof and exterior, which are generally the responsibility of the condominium association.
Other Clients
Inspection services are available not only to home buyers, but to anyone intereste in obtaining an expert opinion of the condition of a structure and it's components.
