| The Firm's History 'JLH' Home Services, Inc., was established in 1986, with the intention of providing quality services and personal attention to home buyers and home owners. With the philosophy that a residential inspection should not only provide the client with a detailed analysis of the current condition of property, but also take some of the guess work out of proper home maintenance. JLH has full general and professional 'errors and omissions' insurance. Deadlines JLH Home Services understands your needs and the time limitations involved in your real estate transaction. In most cases, arrangements can be made for the inspecton to take place within a few days. It is recommended however, that you schedule your appointment immediately following acceptance of your offer, as appointments book up quickly. At times your calls may be taken electronically. If a message is left, your call will be returned promptly. Condominium Inspections Interior inspections are available for condominium buyers at reduced rates. This includes all areas and components normally examined, except the roof and exterior, which are generally the responsibility of the condominium association.
