JLH inspections are conducted in accordance with the Code Of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
A JLH inspection covers most everything included in your purchase:

-Electrical Service
-Basement/Crawlspace
-Complete Interior
-Appliances
-Windows and Doors
All visible accessible and/or operable areas and components of the main structure and auxilary structures.
In addition, JLH offers the following to inspection clients, free of charge:
-Estimates for costs of major repairs, upon request.
-Radon, asbestos, lead based paints, mold and infestation information, upon request or as applicable.
The Report
JLH provides a verbal report immediately following the inspection. A detailed written report is then prepared in narrative form, and is either emailed, faxed, or hand delivered to you as needed, usually within a twenty-four hour period. It is not a pre-printed, 'fill in the blanks' report.
Personal Service
Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection. This can provide a better understanding of the specifics of the inspector's opinions and recommendations.
