| Inspections Buying a home is a major investment. A JLH home inspection will provide you with a thorough structural and mechanical analysis of your home. You will receive information regarding the current condition of the components and mechanics of your home as well as how to care for them. JLH inspections are conducted in accordance with the Code Of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors. A JLH inspection covers most everything included in your purchase: -Roof -Attic -Foundation -Heating and Cooling Systems -Plumbing -Electrical Service -Basement/Crawlspace -Complete Interior -Appliances -Windows and Doors All visible accessible and/or operable areas and components of the main structure and auxilary structures. The Report JLH provides a verbal report immediately following the inspection. It is not a pre-printed, 'fill in the blanks' report. Personal Service Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection. This can provide a better understanding of the specifics of the inspector's opinions and recommendations. Private consultation are availible and as a client, you are invited to call with any questions that you may have. |
