Inspection Rates
Rates are determined by the age and square footage of the home, as follows:
Up to 1200 sq. ft. ........................$275.00
1200-2500 sq. ft. ........................$300.00
2500-3500 sq. ft. ........................$325.00
3500-4000 sq. ft. ........................$350.00
4000 & over ....................$400.00 and up
Sprinkler System ..................$50.00 extra
In ground Pool .....................$50.00 extra
Radon testing available .................$125.00
Homes built prior to 1930 will be an extra $25.00, as are homes that are outside of the approximate 'inspection area' of 25 miles.
