  :::NOTE TO OWNERS:::

- The rosters for the 2005 season have been unfrozen. Brian had declared that trading, adds, and drops can officially begin for the 2005 season. A sidenote, we will be going with sandbox.com for our stat tracking and to keep track of league moves. I think couchjockey.com went out of business.
ROSTER STATUS FOR ALL TEAMS: UNFROZEN
CLAIRE (Red Storm)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
1. Vladimir Guerrero
24. Paul Konerko
25. Shawn Green
48. Johnny Estrada
49. JD Drew
72. Billy Wagner
2005 REPORT
- The 2004 campaign for Claire was a  tumultuous one to say the least. A good start to the year was overshadowed by unexpected mediocre numbers. Look for a turnaround in 2005.
ASHLEE (The Bradee Bunch)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
2. Jeff Kent
23. Jason Varitek
26. Richie Sexson
47. Eric Gagne
50. Jeff Bagwell
71. Corey Koskie
2005 REPORT
- A boom to start the 2004 season, Ashlee had positioned herself into top shape. Poor roster management and nagging player injuries eventually sunk playoff hopes late in the year.
BOBBY/SETH (BSDoublePlay)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
3. Joe Mauer
22. Casey Blake
27. Carlos Lee
46. Zack Grienke
51. Roy Halliday
70. Keith Foulke
2005 REPORT
- Though 2004 wasn't a first-place year, BSDoublePlay is primed for 2005. As long as players stay healthy, indications are strong that this team should be on top come playoff time.
JIMMY (Cornroed) R
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
4. Derrek Lee
21. Chone Figgins
28. Mike Cuddyer
45. Pedro Feliz
52. Coco Crisp
69. Mark Bellhorn
2005 REPORT
- Always tough to predict what a 1st-year owner will do. To be on the safe side, Jimmy looks as though he can handle his team, but it's early to suggest a playoff run in 2005.
TOM (Roid Rage)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
5. Sammy Sosa
20. Mike Mussina
29. Mark Buehrle
44. Bartolo Colon
53. Bronson Arroyo
68. David Wells
2005 REPORT
- The "Sophomore Jinx" will pass by this team in 2005. With monster power in his lineup, Tom should propel himself to the front early this season and maybe into a playoff spot.
BRIAN (9 of Clubs)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
6. Travis Hafner
19. Garrett Anderson
30. Brian Roberts
43. Kaz Matsui
54. David Wright
67. AJ Burnett
2005 REPORT
- Without a doubt, 2004 was a fluke. The injury bug hit this team hard. If not for that, this team would've been in contention. Expect 2005 to be a rebound year for Brian's team.
KYLE (Mudhens)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
7. Troy Glaus
18. Jose Reyes
31. Rich Harden
42. Aaron Rowand
55. Paul LoDuca
66. Joe Nathan
2005 REPORT
- This is another team that had an unexpected "down" year. Kyle is typically in contention every year for the playoffs but bombed horribly in 2004. This year should pose better for Kyle.
PAUL (Chicards)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
8. Mike Piazza
17. Orlando Cabrera
32. Juan Uribe
41. Moises Alou
56. Craig Biggio
65. Trevor Hoffman
2005 REPORT
- Paul's team moved up from "consistent loser" to "unpredictable team" after coming in second in 2004. Maybe 2005 will be the year Chicards is considered the "real deal."
STEVE (Dred Zeppelins)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
9. Ben Sheets
16. Carlos Guillen
33. Ray Durham
40. Greg Maddux
57. Freddy Garcia
64. Kelvim Escobar
2005 REPORT
- A disastrous 2004 might just be a turning point for Steve's team. No where to go but up for 2005 and a strong draft might be the key for a postseason berth in 2005 for Steve.
LARRY (NYSnoopy)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
10. Jose Vidro
15. Bobby Crosby
34. Chris Carpenter
39. Corey Patterson
58. Randy Winn
63. Jarrod Wright
2005 REPORT
- The defending champion will have quite a task on hand to repeat. The field is saturated with good teams so Larry will really have to pay attention to achieve back-to-back championships.
DANNY (Desert Heat) R
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
11. Bret Boone
14. Rafael Furcal
35. Johnny Damon
38. Torii Hunter
59. Aaron Boone
62. Francisco Rodriguez
2005 REPORT
- Another rookie owner coming into the league leaves one suspicious of how they'll do in the upcoming season. If injuries are low, he has a shot. If not, wait until next year for success.
DON (Colt 45's)
TOP 6 2005 DRAFT PICKS:
12. Chipper Jones
13. Jason Kendall
36. Lyle Overbay
37. Brad Wilkerson
60. Pedro Martinez
61. Jose Guillen
2005 REPORT
- A rebound is set for this team in 2005. Don almost methodically drafts well and roster management is above-average. Low injuries and timely trades will put this team in contention.

FANTASY BASEBALL NOTES FROM THE COMMISSIONER

-
After draft commences, the rosters will be locked into place for approximately one week. No additions, drops or trades will be permitted during this time of lockdown. After that one week has passed, adds, drops and trades will be allowed to commence.

- All teams will produce a line-up by
Sunday of every week and will consist of 13 positional players and 8 pitchers to the desire of the owner. It is not strictly enforced if a line-up is missed on Sunday but a line-up will not be accepted if a considerable amount of time has passed for that week and the owner will have to play their line-up from the previous week. Obviously, situations arise and special considerations will be made in the event an owner is unable to produce a line-up on time.

- Statistics will be kept by the commissioner and a co-commissioner and can be obtained by e-mailing
[email protected].

- Any questions reguarding anything pertaining to the league whether you believe a statistical inaccuracy or even a complaint, please contact the commissioner at the above e-mail address so that the matter may be resolved expediently.

- And finally, just a reminder that this is a
fun league. Obviously, I preach participation but I also want this to be something that everyone can do at the end of the day just to relax or unwind from the hectic lives we all live. If you do find it to be something of a chore than something fun, please contact the commissioner so we may make the proper arrangements and address any issues that you may have.

- Other than that, I am looking forward to seeing you all at the draft and good luck on hopefully a fantastic 2005 fantasy baseball season!
